Default Hopefully the cop wont'show

I pleaded guilty with explanation to a judge once. She said okay, go to drivers improvement. I went it was like $90 The ticket was $88 but it didn't go to my insurance, it was worth it, you sit in a room adn they tell you how to drive better and how to judge this situation etc. if you pay attention you may learn something and like I stated earlier you don't have the ticket go to insurance, which in the end would be much more costly than a drivers improvement course.

Default Smooth ride?

Smooth or not the judge will not want to hear that you didn't realize you were THIRTY ONE MPH over the limit. My advice- don't make up any excuses- admit you were wrong and they might be gentle.

Default Not sure, they had it in NM, I am willing to bet they do. NM had pretty stupid laws

any other state let kids drive at 14 and 8 months? At least it used to be that way..
