How do I adjust my low beam projectors up a little?

Watch out, if you do find the manual. Mine labels the adjusters wrong. (more)
 

Actually, I have both a 99 manual and a 99.5 supplement. The 99.5 supplement says "don't do it." The 99 manual says how to do it, but reverses the location of the up/down and side/side adjusters.
