How much should it cost for the dealer to replace the valve cover gasket?

How much should it cost for the dealer to replace the valve cover gasket?
I have my car in at the dealer to have the timing belt done and just got a call saying that the valve cover gasket and cam seals need to be replaced, this seems easy enough however he quoted me $80 for the parts and $340 for the labor! How is that possible? im not an expert or anything but it seemes like this would be a job that could be done in uner an hour.

$12 (pair) 068-103-085-E or simmilar seals for cams.

Planning on doing the valve covers myself... The cam seals were..
...replaced while doing TB.
I've STFA and found that the valve cover job takes around two hours if you've got all the parts.
qfrog, for the valve cover job, all I need are valve covers for both banks and sealant, right? (v6 30v)
