a humming mixed with a slight ticking kinda like if you mixed the sound of a baseball card flapping slightly on bike spokeswith a humming sound, coming out of the rear passenger side. I'm @ 121,000 miles, and have been quoted at $60 for a single bearing, so I'm thinking bout getting both rears done when I put on my new wheels.

Default what I was told

be sure someone who knows what they are doing does the job as the ABS sensors can be damaged or may already have been by the failing bearing

Not really, unless the bearing was allowing HUGE amounts of movement.

Default If your wheel bearings are bad you would hear a low droaning noise

coming from the rear and would be most evident when turning.

Default LOL... That's what it would take.. I suppose if the ABS sensor is too far in, it wouldn't take much

movement... I have only had one bearing go bad to the point of it having play.. Funny thing is it didn't make any noise.
