up until a few months ago, when cold out, my hvac system would send the majority of the heat to the middle ducts (closest to the hands) and then after a few minutes would cycle the heat towards the feet.

Now i no longer get the cycling to the hands first. It just goes straight to feet. Also, what is odd is that my left hand gets really hot b/c the hvac duct on the left side is blowing hot air towads my L hand but the middle duct does not blow much air, so i have one hot hand and one cold hand

no codes with vag.com, and no codes shown from the hidden hvac codes as per the tech section

anyone have any ideas??
