I just got a tint, can I use defog function?

agreed, dont roll down the windows for 5 days... but you can use the defogger immediately:

I searched, and read many articles. However, there is no absolute answer for me.
Some people said I can use it, some people said I better use it, and some people said I cannot.
I found that nobody said I must use defogger, so I will not use it for a week. Thank you guys
