i know Mintex and Greenstuff break pads can reduce break dust, but can they reduce stopping distance

Sure as hell not the Mintex Red Box...maybe they're called Red Box because that's the color you're
seeing once you find out what POS brake pads they are...clean as a whistle...but don't stop for crap, not a good trade in my book.

ROTFL dude you'd be a millionare a thousand times over (billionaire) if you knew the answer to that
question...every OEM in the world would buy from you...you'd have a regular monopoly. You're basically asking for the paradigm of braking which simply doesn't exist.
You want lest dust you get a pad which doesn't grip for **** most times...the braking distance goes up because brakes work by transferring pad material to the rotor...this process is by default a very dirty one...transfer less material and you get less braking force simple as that.
You want the pad not to squeal...then it tends to be a softer compound which is less prone to chatter...usually transfers nicely (dust) and brakes quite well at low temps but degrades as the temps get up there.
You want a pad that brakes short...you either get one that will transfer alot (dusty) or one that's very hard and brakes down the rotor more than the pad (noisy)...
You're basically F'ed from every angle...so you pick which compromise works best for you :-(
