I spent almost $5500 on A4 repair!!!!
Had my suspension replaced by a friend last month and it suddenly rained here in sunny Southern California. Car was flooded and the carpets got wet. Unknown to me the tranny ecu was underneath and it died. Took it to audi and they replaced the part ($1400). Car was still running funny so I took it to Aamco. They said the solenoids were dead wich was another whopping $1200 for the part alone. So they replaced that and after a week of driving the car it started to surge and slip again. Took it back to Aamco and they said the torque converter went bad. Luckily my tranny was under warranty so they are replacing it as we speak. I cant wait to get it back!

2. I have forded flooded parking lots where teh water was insanly high, and not a drop got inside (there's a post I made last spring about me following a semi into 3 foot deep flooded road(@ 60 mph in pitch black night as well), but he pushed most of the water away anyway (think moses parting the (red?) sea image thru you windshield, and you'll get what I saw...)
3. I like being able to not having to totally snowplow thru snow buried roads that are closed unless you have an SUV...
