Default I think my washer fluid tank cracked... I just added over a gallon of washer fluid and the little

light is back on again, and I have only used it once.

Any Idea how much of a PITA and cost with this?

Cost isn't too bad and removing the tank involves the wheelwell liner.

Often times it's just one of the pumps that's cracked. Check those first.

Yeah, mine was the plastic housing around one of those pumps.

Default or, that little clip for the disconnect of the hose when removing the bumper cover is missing.

use it once, the hose pops off, and you dump all of your fluid above the pump in the reservoir.

there's also an o-ring in there that sometimes leaks as well.

Default My headlight washer pump was cracked.... I paid $30 from the dealer for a new pump....

Install was pretty straight forward, took me about an hour and a half with a trip to the dealer. The only hard part was getting the tank back in and hooked up! Make sure you have a bucket handy too, I found that out the hard way.

Tech article

Default Same here. Try to figure out where the leak is first

If it's the headlight washer pump, it's easiest to get to by removing the bumper (no need to remove the entire tank). It's possible but a PITA to replace it with the bumper in place.

The windshield washer pump is between the tank and the fender, so removing the wheel well liner is necessary.
