ICV problems??

ICV problems??
I've cleaned my ICV like twice in the past two months so that it doesn't stall. What I want to know is if I put a multimeter across the two leads, what should I get to know if its beyond cleaning??

Measure the resistance across the terminals with a multimeter. It should be between 7 and 11 ohms.
Other things can cause your idle to fluctuate. Replace all your vacuum lines and clean your throttle body.
