The VW New Beetle sunglass holder is a part you can order from your local VW dealer for around $20. It replaces the driver's side handle in the headliner.

I have the onyx/gray interior, so I purchased the gray sunglass holder (I think it comes in a tan color too). The VW gray is lighter than the Audi interior. Actually too light for my tastes. So I am not going to keep it installed. The holder does fit and works great, but the color match wasn't close enough for me.

So for anyone out there who doesn't care too much about the color matching and would like a convenient sunglass holder, go for it.

interior plastic parts can be painted.Many mfr's offer replacement parts only in black to be painted
