Default Instrument Cluster Wonky

So recently my car overheated, I pulled over to let it cool down. Car was off. I had my hazards turned on and a couple of minutes later the car had shut off completely. I tried to turn it back on but it just wouldn't do anything. Luckily I had a portable jumper in my car. When I started it up the gauges went all the way high. The car wouldn't start at first, eventually it started. Ran fine but the gauges are still messed up. A couple of days later I replaced the battery. But the gauges are still doing exactly the same thing. I'm stuck. Any suggestions on what may be wrong? Thanks in advance.

Here is a link to a video to what is happening. This was before I replaced the battery but it is still doing the same thing after a new battery.
