i was on my way home from dropping AngryAlex off after his little fan-into-radiator incident, and this newer maxima is acting like he wants to play. So im cruisin up 80-w goin 85-90, and hes behind me, nice safe distance, but behind me none the less. Then the turn from 80w to 287s comes up, and BOOM, im holdin 65-70 and he starts to slow up. I lose him through that turn, i assume, because the maxima cant handle the speeds. After the turn I get this little feelin in my gut that I should slow down. So, I slowed down to the speed limit, 55mph, and I got into the right hand lane. A minute after i did this, the maxima goes FLYING by, probably in excess of 80 (though i couldnt tell b/c i was goin 55). Two seconds later BOOM police car rolls on by, lights flashing. I thought, wow, if i hadnt slowed down, I would have a ticket and a number of points goin right now. Woohoo, score one for maturity =D.
