Intermittent low beam headlight notification
My 2012 Audi Q5 has been intermittently flashing the dash noification of “Left lowbeam headlight/highbeam headlight” or something like that. The headlights all seem to be working when in low beam or high beam. Should I replace the bulb or is this a sign of some other problem? Trying to DIY if possible.

Audi a4 2015 (Right Dipped Headlight/Main beam headlight)
Got an Audi a4 2015 S Line (premium plus trim) It's a GCC as I live in Dubai.
For last 3 weeks I have been getting this warning 'Right Dipped Headlight/Main beam headlight'. Every time I turn it on at night, it's stays on for 5 mins and right after 5 mins I am getting this warning again. I went to get it checked and initially the mechanic told me it's a headlight bulb so I bought a new one and put it in. Turns out it's not the bulb issue. Then, he tried to change the Ballast but it was still the same. So, I took it to a German car's expert and he put the scanner and found there's been an issue with BCM. According to him it's gotten weak over the period of time. I couldn't find it from the market so I looked it up in the scrap yard. I found the same and put it up. The headlight turned on for 15 mins and went off again. My question to Mechanics/Technicians/Electricians is, What do I need to do to figure out the real issue ? I am really confused and upset. It's been a month and I haven't been able to find a solution to this prob. Any advice or assistance will be appreciated.

It’s best to post in the proper part of the forums. This section is for the B5 A4 made from 1996 to 2001. Yours is a few generations newer with different technology so should be posting in the B8 section made from 2009 to 2016.
