K04 issues solved! Solution inside.
So I pulled off the turbo intake hose and found that it was deformed over time into more of an oval shape near the turbo inlet than a circle. Under the newfound airflow of the K04, it was sucking itself shut, and therefore killing all the power until I lifted and allowed the vacuum in the hose to go down. So I took about 15 thick plastic zip ties, and wrapped the hose tightly. Yahtzee! Pulls much harder than before and smacks the 7100rpm limiter right in the face. There's a U-turn that I have to make to enter my apartment complex, and it has no problem smoking all 4 wheels as it slides around the corner. Beautiful stuff.
I'm like a little kid now, after a month of dealing with weird quirks and problems with the new turbo, I finally have it running right. Ordered the APR silicone hoses to combat this problem in the future, and now its time to head to Jacksonville and get the PC-16 setup dialed in. Thanks everyone for your help!

link to old post...
