K04 problems

I just put in a k04 turbo and on a cold start the car runs like crap, sputtering. It is running 15-20/1 air/fuel. Then after it warms up, the car runs fine. Not sure what to do.

have you pulled and inspected the plugs?

we need to know programming, injectors, FPR, plugs, etc.

My mechanic should have, not sure though.

He called someone and they told him a fpr could work. Where can i get one from, and anyother suggestions on what to do. larger injectors???

programming

the programming is stock/apr 93oct, everything else is stock, and not sure of the plugs, I also have a 3" exhaust no cat

new k04, 2000 a4, manual, atw motor, apr93 oct/stock programming, 3" exhaust, no cat convert, dont know which plugs, everything else is stock.

when it first starts it chugs and spurters for about 45 seconds, after that it runs fine, air fuel is 15-20/1 on stock programming and worse on apr 93 oct.

this is all i know
