LLTEK screwed up my order/anyone for a CT beer & burgers wrenching day?
I called a week and a half ago to order a set of bilsteins for my 2.8... Not only did they never process the order and they never got shipped, but the person that took my order chose the wrong part numbers and the shocks wouldn't even have fit on my car! I had made an appointment to have the springs and shocks put on tomorrow, but I guess I either have to cancel or have the springs put on and find a day when it gets warm to take it all apart and install the shocks. The person I talked to on the phone seemed unapologetic and his only response was "there's nothing I can do for you." Pretty schiesty costomer service...
Probably just as frustrating as when I took my car to the Audi dealer this week for maintenance and replacement of a squeeky and bumpy control arm and they told me it was not covered under warranty and would cost me $600 to fix.
Anybody in the Central CT area feel like a beer & burgers wrenching day? I have air tools...... ;-)

I'm down for burgers and beer, probably no help with the suspension work though
btw, that is ridiculous "customer service" don't tollerate their crap. if they charged you anything to your credit card call your CC company and inform them that you will be disputing the charges and let lltek know this as well.

I may be able to help...depends when. My suggestion. Wait for everything before you install any
thing. I made the mistake of doing shocks and springs apart from each other. I want to change out my injectors Friday and do some tuning with Lemmiwinks. Let me know when you're available.

yea if u go down there to talk to them...
tell them im still waiting for my headlight adjustment clips. they have been in the mail and were sent to me over 3 months ago. still no show. maybe they are still stuck in customs?..... josh
