Looking for some knowledge

I have a list of parts and am just wondering what they all actually doâ€¦ and if I need them for more performance. I have attached a list of what is on my car right now below so help me outâ€¦thanks in advance.

No, I live down in Davenport. I'm trying to figure out who drives the light blue

'98 with clear corners and smoked side markers I see at Deere's world HQ (I work there).
