Loose exterior door molding?

Loose exterior door molding?
I just got a 98 1.8TQ and was curious if anyone else has a problem with the lower outside door molding breaking loose at the back of the doors near the latching mechanism side of the door? I wondering how to fix this. Is this a common problem?

That happened to me and I contacted the dealership to see if they would cover it under warranty.
NO!!!
So I had to buy a new one from the dealer at $41 cdn.
Probably around $25 us.
