low beam lights stop working on my 96 only the fog side lights work... what the hell is going on..

low beam lights stop working on my 96 only the fog side lights work... what the hell is going on..
the fuse is not messed up or nothing..what happened left side go's off then the right one. what can i do... i don't think its the bulbs..
