Cheers, ill go and give it ago now. Why didnt audi let me no this?Bastards!!Just one more thing while ur on, i changed my brakes the other for cross drilled/slotted disks and EBC green stuff pads.I did this as the old ones tending 2fade from high speed meaning ABS kicked in. Thing is the new setup is no were near as good, theres no bite, there real spongy???I DIDNT change the brake fluid on application.

Try bleeding the brakes

I've got EBC Green Stuff pads and didn't notice a difference from the stock pads other than less dust.

That method is not working all the time. Sometimes you need to do VAG TBA

And if you don't have a VAG (or can't borrow it) your only option is to bring it to Audi.

VAG TBA invokes a learning process where Throttle Body goes through its working modes and ECU records that data in its maps. The only way to do this is via VAG-COM (or similar) or dealer diag equipment.

Is it hard?I do most of my stuff myself, u start back to front dont u. Looks like ive something to do this weekend......Cheers

Erm, i didnt get a singing noise from throttle body?didnt make any noise?this is not good i take it?

Try popping the hood and listening.

but like BigEd said you might need to hook the car up to VAG-Com to do it. Try your regional forum. See if someone in your area has one and can help you out.
