More Headlight washer questions.......mine aren't working.....
Background;
- bought car in December
- Replaced headlight washer pump in December due to defective pump allowing fluid to leak.
- Reservoir full.
- Headlights on.
- Hold washer stalk for a few seconds to activate headlight washers.
The nozzles pop out of the bumper, but no fluid is sprayed from the nozzles....obviously there's pressure reaching the nozzles, but something is preventing the fluid from spraying from the nozzles. Could the nozzles become plugged up with crud inside over time? If so, how would one clean them?
How long does the headlight washer pump activate for? My washers only pop up for a couple of seconds. I can hear the headlight pump activate for only a couple of seconds, regardless of how long you activate the washer stalk.....is this normal??????
TIA
