Surf for articles on the unique characteristics of FWD vehicles at the limit. Most importantly, don't drive fast on ice and snow (the issue is stopping, not advancing).<br>

Depends where you're going in the NE..spoiler should be ok as long as it's not real low. Don't see why lowered suspension would matter too much unless you're dodging NYC potholes. My A4 sport did just fine in the snow last winter. I have snow tires; if you have the all seasons and will just be in the city you'll probably be ok, if you have sport/Z-rated tires, get some snow tires TODAY.<p>Rich<br>'98 2.8Q sport
