What is the cost for each option?

Default more then likely you'll screw up the turbo if you rebuild it yourself. It's a hunk of metal...but it

is fragile. you could send it to turbonetics and have them rebuild it or add a larger/more aggressive compressor wheel for about $3-600 depending on what you choose.

Default I do my own and make my own oilite bearings but unless you have access to some pretty serious...

measuring tools, spec sheets, thrust washers, hardened shim washers, seals, run-out gauge, balance equipment, mill, lathe, bead blaster and precision in/lb torque meters I'd leave to someone else or buy rebuilt. Only thing I can't do in-house is balance the rotating assembly. I leave that to someone else.

You can't just take these things apart, shuffle parts around and/or replace and put em back together and presume it's all peachy inside. There's far too many critial close-tolerance areas that MUST be addressed.

Default DO NOT attempt this! (Ignore my shouting at your own risk.) As much as I tried to talk you out of

relocating your cat below because it is just ridiculously cost ineffective and possibly counterproductive, depending on your goals, on home turbo servicing I'll just say this: forget it. You will not be able to balance the CHRA properly without the proper gear, which will cost more than you will save by having it rebuilt ten times. And there's still the question of knowing what you're doing when you have the proper equipment.

Default That is an excellent option when my turbo go out.....

I just don't wnat to spend money to buy the K04 which need bigger exhaust diameter. Just want a reliable K03.
