Default Need help ASAP!!

I am doing a timing belt change on my B5 A4 with the 30v 2.8L and did a major NOOB mistake. Look at this picture and please tell me what I did. I thought I was taking off the thermostat while talking to my brother and all the sudden when I went to loosen the bolt above the camshaft, the camshaft spun on me and is now out of time! What can I do to correct this?? I know how the cams need to be lined up, but where I'm at right now, what steps would I need to take?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Remove valve cover.
Line up arrows on camshaft caps with the notches on the camshaft.

The piece which holds the cam sprocket has two holes in it, one hole is slightly larger. The big hole faces inward. The holes allow you to use the cam lock bar, its a nice tool to own.

Thank you for the reply. After I calmed down for a few minutes, I thought about what I did and corrected the situation. All is good and car is running beautifully! Thanks again!
