O2 sensor causing boost issues? more...
Here's the deal: I decided to tackle the installation of my new ECS lightweight flywheel. WHEW! What a job, 20+ hours - anyway things went smoothly until I started on my home to Boston- I noticed the car had less overall power than it did before the install. I felt it especially when the turbo was 'supposes' to kick in. I have a stage II GIAC chip in the car yet it feels more like stock power. The check engine light came on about 20 miles into my drive and the engine 'flutters' at idle for about 6 seconds, then equalizes out. I had to take out the O2 sensors to get the cat out, to get at all the bolts for the tranny..., it could have gotten dirty or something?
I am going to have a VAG this afternoon, see if anything major is wrong.
