One car seat is painfully burning at 1, the other take 30 mins to heat up at 6. What is wrong?

same thing happened to me.

What died? The heating element, or the relay?

Going to the dealer tomorrow. Wanted to know if it was going to be a 1 hour or 10 hours job.

Both seats need to be pulled, the upholstery removed, the heating elements replaced, reupholster the seats, and reinstall.

I was afraid of that. I was hoping for a burnt relay or something simple.
