PCM RELAY ONLY GETTING 5 VOLTS INSTEAD OF 12
My 1998 Audi A4 B8 Quattro is having issues starting. Fuel pump is good changed some sensors. But I just realized my PCM is only getting 5 Volts not 12. Would anyone know a fix for this. Or what I need to replace. Thank you so much
