Persistent Boost Problems
I've been having severe boost problems lately, see my threads here:

So far I've replaced the check valve on top of the airbox and the PCV Breather hose, O-ring, bleeder housing and bleeder valve. My vacuum system is AIR-TIGHT. I still only have "normal" power between 1/4 and 1/2 throttle. Anything more and I get much less power, the car can't even get out of it's own way. I used to hear a distinct hissing noise above half throttle, and now that I fixed two leaks its kind of a hybrid hissing/metal on metal rubbing noise. After driving the car around the block (like 1/4 mile) under somewhat heavy throttle, the turbo was smoking hot. So,at this point I'm pretty sure my turbo is blown, can anyone confirm this? The only other thing I can think of is that my exhaust manifold has cracked, but I've inspected it the best I could and cannot find a crack large enough to bleed off pretty much all of my boost. The gasket itself is fine too. Driving across the state next weekend and need to have an operational car, so I want to get this fixed yesterday.
TIA!
