phone hook-up
I am about to buy my first audi. A 2000 A4. I want to have the phone work through the stereo. It says on the factory page that the 2000 comes standard with the motorola connection. What do I have to do?

what kind of phone do you have? you basically have 2 choices:
1) get the phone from your dealer that's plug 'n' play. however, that phone stays in the car.
2) hack into the pre-wired phone set-up and make it work. i wrote an article on doing this (click below). this is for the Nokia 8260. however, others have used it as a guide and made it work for other phone models (motorola and ericksson i know of for sure).<ul><li><a href="https://www.audiworld.com/tech/elec66.shtml">click for article....</a></li></ul>
