This first picture shows the complete installation, with the stock intake funnel, tube and airbox cover in place. If you look closely, you can see the cone underneath the airbox cover.

Notice how the airbox cover works with the heat shield to create a practically closed box to help keep the hot air out.

Notice how the funnel and intake tube direct cold air directly at the cone. (the open end of the intake tube points down at the cone)

You can also see the heat shield.

My damn heat shield rattles. Was it supposed to attach somehow at the bottom?
