Power Steering Pump
Im still looking into buying a car. One of the cars that I came across says that it "runs but needs power steering pump" How much would it cost to get a new one? and isnt that usually done with the timing belt, so is it possible that the car needs a new timing belt as well?

No, it is the water pump that is changed out with the TB. BTW, the PS pump is a DIY project, if you have some mechanical skills and the tools , no problem.
