Default Vibration at +- 2000rpm

One of the guys told me it could be a scorched flywheel..But I had my clutch and flywheel done and I still feel the Vibration. I have read one of the tech articles talking about vibrations from the different Snub Mounts. As I still have the original Mounts, Could that be the problem?
after 3000rpm there isnt any vibration even while the car is idle. But there is a consistent, if not heavy vibration when u hold the revs around 2000rpm. Any insight would be appreciated..

Default any idea what area of the car it is coming from?

and do you have a manual or tip?
It could be the following:

-If there is a noise/hum.. it could be a wheel bearing. This is usually able to isolate by listening for a sound and trying to find which corner it is coming from

- it could be your tires are out of balance/improperly inflated

A few more questions is the vibration you feel in the whole car/just the steering wheel/just the shifter?
- Could be a transmission Mount
- Could be motor mounts
- Could be snub mount... but i doubt it

When you say the vibration is heavy at 2000RPMS.. what gear? assuming you aren't a tiptronic.

Im hoping this offers you some insight... if you oculd provide a few answers to the questions i listed in here.. a few more people might be able to help you and offer some real advice.. im still a n00b

Default well I have the car at standstill and rev it to 2000rpm..

The vibration comes directly from the engine..so I am not sure. The car is a manual so even in neutral you will get the vibration. It is giving me a scare so id like to find out if anyone else has experienced this..

Btw my car is a 2.6 V6 if that helps
