Question about Ebrake
ok my car was towed the other night and the emergency brake was on, does this lock all 4 wheels or just the back wheels? so far i havent noticed anything wrong with the transmission, but i am still going to take it to the dealer.

ok another question for lawyer-type people. if my car was towed from my space who is at fault for any damage? the person who had the car towed was an employee of the complex and he called a private company. now the complex says its the towing company's fault, i feel its the complex's fault since they hired him to tow.

The e-brake locks the Drum-in-hat brakes on your rear wheels. If you didn't have your car in gear you really don't have anything to worry about. The parking brakes in a car with 4 wheel disks arent even the same brakes that stop the car.

Did they drag the rear wheels on the ground? If so, I would be a little concerned.
if they used the dollies on the rear wheels, I would not worry too much, as they do all the rolling, the wheels don't touch the ground.
