Default question about using my directional spare

I've got an SP8000E directional spare mounted for the right side of the car.

My front left tire/rim either got bent very slightly or knocked out of alignment, or it's something with the suspension.

I want to swap in my spare to see if it's tire related, or suspension related, but it's for the right side. If I use the spare w/o getting it remounted for the left side, is it going to ride un-normal because of it being mounted that way?

Default For a few hundred miles, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it...

But don't run it like that any longer than you have to
