a quick question on oil and filter changes...
Just got the A4 1.8T (2001) Tip back from its 30,000 mile (48,000 km) service today. I had them put in synthetic oil (dealer's own Castrol 5W40). I'm going back in another 5000 miles (8000 km) and have them change the oil again.
Q: Should the OEM filter be changed at that time too? they tell me it's OK till the next service.
