(I'm posting this reply a second time in case you didn't see the first one.)<p>Thanks Manuel and Albert, it's nice to know somebody is listening. I need to point out, however, that it was one individual mechanic who engraved a profanity on my oil filter. The rest of the people at the dealership, including the owner and service department manager, have always treated my respectfully and professionally. <p>While the mechanic should be penalized for what he did, I don't think the rest of the dealership should be given a bad grade. <p>At this point, my only concern is that the mechanic may have sabotaged my car in some way that my not show up for another six months or so ... long after my warranty has expired.<p>Thanks again for your support.<p>StevenN '96 2.8 qm emerald green mica
