(x-post) would i be considered a "peeping-tom" if.......
i just happened to be fooling around with my digital camera and a hot girl just happens to be outside my window and i use her as "subject matter"? thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated!

no she wasn't inside her house.....she was out in the parking lot.
originally i was taking pictures of the palm trees outside my window and she ended up being the background of some of the pics. i got bored taking pics of the palm trees and then contiued taking pics of her.
