Replace front rotors?!?

Hey A4 Guys,

Dealer recommends to replace front pads AND rotors; I'm at 52k miles. Do the rotors really need to be replaced, can't I just have them turned? (Seems awfully soon for replacement).

Am replacing pads, but what's the scoop on rotors?

I only do city driving.

Rotors are relatively cheap. IMO, best option is to replace 'em.

replace them......(m).......

can't recut/resurface modern oem rotors (they do not manufacture them thick enough to do so, forcing you to replace them. since you're paying, go for a quality after market set of rotors. also, since you do "city" driving, they are probably due for replacement.
