Replacing the ABS Control Module
2000, A4, 95k miles, 2.8, manual
I'm being quoted $1,900 by the dealer to fix replace the ABS Control Module and flush the system.
Is this a fair cost, or can I get it done as well from an independent service place?

there are better ways to address this issue
you can get a factory rebuild kit or get a rebuilt unit from moduleMaster.com for ~300 bucks
