I searched but I cant find. does anybody know the part number of the things that partially cover the rocker panels and door sill- or know where I can get one from. I completely destroyed mine trying to remove it.

ECS has 'em here. Scroll down a little and they've got the nylon clip things that hold them on too.

not those. the plastic that is just below them. it starts on the inside of the door then comes out and downward, just under those.
