Service person reset my radio to the same station presets after replacing my radio. Isn't that ....

MY dealership on the other hand, would have overnighted the radio...then actually got it in 5 months later, NOT called me at all during those 5 months to let me know whats going on, and then when they actually got it in...it would have been the wrong part :)

u sure they changed the radio? hard to trust some dealers these days...

Yes, for 3 reasons. 1) The sticking volume control was fixed. 2) The scratches were gone & 3) The
 

CD worked properly.
