I am living in Mississauga, I usually take my car for service at Queensway Audi. I bought my car for a regular check up today and the guy who serve me give me give me a very bad attitude! When I was asking him to check the suspension and his response is like "Why, what's wrong with it?" Why does he ask such a dumb question? The reason I bought the car for check up is because I experience there is a problem, that is the reason I am here.

Sounds like he was just asking you to describe the symptoms of the "problem".
Am I missing something here? You can't expect go to a mechanic say "check the suspension, I think there's a problem", any more than you would expect to go to a doctor and say "check my knee, I think there's a problem". In either case you have to expect to describe what you perceive the problem to be -- typically, by describing the "symptoms" -- so that the service professional can focus his investigation and take appropriate action. Maybe you didn't describe the whole thing in your post, but on the basis of what you wrote, that's my take on it.<p>Rick
