so i need to tap a bigger hole for the oil plug. 15mm next biggest size?

Default 16x1.5. which should work as long as there is enough meat left in the boss

Does anybody know where I could find a corresponding bolt? 16x1.5 with appropriate length for the oil pan?

Use the stock bolt for lenght and get a new one from home depot.
