So last night my trip display went completely blank!!!!! not just all lines and everything but blank
the only thing it shows is the gear for tiptronic. shows the display of putting foot on brake while selecting gear on start up then when shifted into R or D or anything it just goes out cant push the button to reset it or anything.
the top portion where it shows the warnings or radio station is just black then the rest between that and the gear indicator is red like it always is just doesnt show any numbers!!!
any ideas???

if you are unfamiliar with the location of the reset button
on the stalk to the right of the steering wheel- the wiper blade one that you can tap the button on the right side up or down to switch btwn views. the bottom has a small button on it. press that up and it turns the stalk on.

did nobody actually read the thread?????
i clearly stated in the thread that pushing the reset button did nothing
apparently just driving down the street it fixes it self??? car is on crack
