some one tell me where the mini air filter( air breather) goes when using a cold air intake..

i know it goes on the vaccum hose, but wheres that??

PS i have a custom intake on a 99.5 1.8tq tip.

You dont have to use it since it is for the dbw only cars.

It is used for the secondary air pump which is only found on the 2000+ cars.
