Someone explain to me the 'rule' on offset - larger offset # = ?/smaller offset # = ?

Default Large offset means the wheel sticks out farther.

45, but wheel width makes a big difference. Offset appearance only comparable w/ eql wdths

is it 35 offet for OEM rims , so if 47 will be straight with fender ...

Default Offset is distance from "true center" of the wheel (in mm) - width wise.

You can technically have a negative offset, meaning further in toward the car, though I have yet to see it.

the smaller the offset, the farther the wheel sticks out. ET43=stock ET35=good ET30=rub
