Sooo I'm reviving my A4 that has been sitting for 3 years with the eBrake on....
Don't ask, long storey. The car has been started periodically, but not moved since eBrake cable is now stuck on :-(
So other than new brakes all around - what else should I be looking to change?
I'm doing all of the fluids (including gas)
- Timing belt and everything else on the "ultimate" ECS kit
- Thinking about bigger brakes
- Spark plugs
- Wires
- Battery (which is toast)
- Tires
not sure what else?

In three years, ECS has become very frowned apon for certain, AHEM, reasons
So buy your timing belt and related parts from Avalon Motorsport instead.
In fact, call Brian there and have him handle all your parts you mentioned above.

No, it's not a joke at all. Many people, myself included, got caught up in some
issues with ECS and have pretty much denounced them as a reputable buyer.
I can't say what happened because the powers that be here would delete this post. They do it every time and it pisses me off to no end because they claim it's "speculation".
