Default Staked Prop Shaft Driveshaft u-joint--how to center?

Should have asked this before I installed it, but I didn't.

I just rebuilt the prop shaft on my A4. New CVs, u-joint and center bearing. The problem is that I have the staked u-joint yoke instead of the one with circlips. How do you center these? Obviously not by eyeball, since that's what I did and it's now hopelessly out of balance.

There's no reference mark, the outer section of the yoke isn't machined, and I wouldn't know how to determine a center line to measure against. Has anyone done one of these successfully?

Thanks.
