SUBS HAVE EXTREME RATTLE

anyone else have subs in the trunk that rattle the hell out of the trunk and rear dash? would dynamat help out alot, also would turning the subs so they face towards the front instead of the back help aswell?

Mine rattle everything, even stuff under the car and the rear bumper.

I put dynamat in the trunk lid but that did not help it from rattling.

Face them foward. If you have a custom enclosure built so they fit flush against the rear seats....

...it should reduce most of the rattling. Dynamating the trunk lid will also help.

If the box is ported...keep em facing the back...

Dynomat the hell out of the trunk area!

Ported = High SPL. Low sound quality. Keep those babies in a sealed box!

I have a heavy sealed single 12" box being powered by about 200 watts. Sounds tight and no rattles.
